Configure Eyefi Mobi and Mobi Pro on Windows

Managing your Eyefi Mobi cards using Eyefi Mobi Desktop is easy.

Note: In order to enable and disable Mobi Pro card settings, you'll need to set up Eyefi Mobi Desktop.

Eyefi Mobi settings

Access the options menu

  1. Click the Eyefi Mobi Desktop icon in the Windows System Tray
  2. Log in to your Eyefi Cloud account
  3. Click Options

You will now see a list of your activated Eyefi Mobi cards.

Add Eyefi Mobi cards

To add a new Eyefi Mobi card:

  1. Click the Activate New Card button
  2. Enter your Eyefi Mobi card's 10-digit activation code and follow the on-screen prompts

Manage Auto-Connect

By default, your Eyefi Mobi card will automatically connect to your computer. To turn this feature on or off, click the checkbox next to the card you want to manage

Change photo & video destinations

To change your photo or video the destinations, click the arrow under Advanced Settings next to the card you want to edit.

You can now specify which folder your Eyefi Mobi card will transfer photos or videos to and even choose whether or not to have them organized into folders by the date they were taken.

Remove an Eyefi Mobi card

To remove an Eyefi Mobi card:

  1. Click the arrow under Advanced Settings next to the card you want to remove
  2. Click the Remove Card button

You can reactivate an Eyefi Mobi card at any time.

Advanced Mobi Pro settings

Access Mobi Pro advanced settings

  1. Click the Eyefi Mobi Desktop icon in the Windows System Tray
  2. Log in to your Eyefi Cloud account
  3. Insert your Mobi Pro card into the Eyefi USB card reader, then insert the card reader into your computer
  4. Click the Mobi Cards tab
  5. Click the arrow next to your Mobi Pro card to open its advanced settings menu

Enable RAW transfers

Click the slider next to Wireless RAW Transfer

You can also enable or disable wireless RAW transfers in the Eyefi Mobi app for smartphones and tablets.

Enable Selective Transfer

Click the slider next to Selective Transfer

To configure an Infrastructure Support network:

  1. Click the + icon next to Network Connection under Advanced Settings
  2. Select the network you wish to add and click Connect
  3. Enter the network password and click OK, if needed

Your Mobi Pro card will now use this configured network, when it is in-range, to transfer photos to your mobile device or computer. You can have up to 32 configured networks for each Mobi Pro card. Please see Mobi Pro Infrastructure Support for more information on the Infrastructure Support feature.

To remove a configured Infrastructure Support network:

  1. Check the box next to the network you wish to remove under Configured Networks
  2. Click the Remove Network(s) button

Can Mobi Pro use Infrastructure Support to transfer to devices that are not on the same wireless network?

No. In order for Infrastructure Support to transfer photos to a device, it must be configured to use the same network as your Mobi Pro card.

To change the length of time your Mobi Pro card stays on before the network it creates times out:

  1. Click the Mobi Cards tab
  2. Change the length of time in the drop-down menu under Connection timeout
